Dollyhub believes their customer has the right to return any product that is faulty or misleading.
You have a total of 7 days after delivery to file a claim or return a product. For sanitary reason to be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging with its complete accessories and foam packaging. If the product is not in its original condition, missing accessories/features we have the right too stop the refund process. Shipping cost for return items will be arranged by the customer and it is nonrefundable. All products will be inspected and must be approved from our return team prior to a refund. There will also be a 15% restock fee on top of your refund.
To complete a return/file a claim, please get in touch with our team. Email us directly at Support@dollyhub.com or visit the contact us page for further instruction, as where to ship the returned product. All approved refunds will be credited and will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or the original method the item was paid with. Within 14 days of the approval.
